Freight transportation and logistics provider, XPO Logistics Inc., announced it had narrowed its first quarter loss while it has reached an agreement to purchase Bridge Terminal Transport Services Inc.
Platinum Equity Completes Acquisition of Bridge Terminal Transport
Platinum Equity has completed the acquisition of substantially all the assets of Bridge Terminal Transport Inc. from Maersk Inc., a subsidiary of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The business will continue to operate under the Bridge Terminal Transport brand going forward.
