When Paccar introduced its proprietary 40,000-pound on-highway drive axle the company said it was working toward a fully integrated powertrain. It had the MX engine and the drive axle and now it has unveiled the final piece, the Paccar Automated Transmission. Equipment Editor Jim Park checks it out in this Ultimate Test Drive video.
