Bergstrom has recently announced a number of leadership changes in its North American operations, providing climate control systems to the commercial vehicle industry.

Dan Giovannetti has been appointed chief financial officer, effective immediately. He was previously the chief business systems management officer and global vice present of quality and 6 Sigma.

Steven Rosella has been named general manager of sales for off-road, school bus and Paccar Products. He will be dedicated to overseeing Bergstrom’s bus and off-road initiatives along with being responsible for Paccar.

Working with Rosella, Joe Kirby has been named general manager sales, truck. He will be responsible for all other North American truck OEMs.

Jim Elliott has been appointed to the newly created role of chief quality and program development officer. This role will allow Elliott to have greater focus on program management for its next generation of products as well as oversee Bergstrom’s global quality initiatives.

Aaron Potter has been promoted to vice president, Financial Planning and Analysis, where he will be responsible for creating and driving the planning and analysis processes. He joined Bergstrom in 2005 and is currently an adjunct Professor of Finance for the MBA program at Rockford University.

Steve Boyle will take on the new role of vice president and treasurer. Boyle will be focused primarily on cash management, banking relationships and insurance. He has more than 30 years of experience in financial management and planning and joined Bergstrom in 2004 as the chief financial officer.
