California-based Utility Trailer Manufacturing Co. has announced the formation of a new Dealer Parts Council in order to keep focused on the needs of its dealers in North America.

Comprised of representative dealer parts managers from seven Utility dealers, as well as Utility corporate and Aftermarket management, the first Dealer Parts Council meeting took place recently at the Pacific Palms Conference Center in the City of Industry, California.
Opening the inaugural Dealer Parts Council meeting was Michael Moore, Utility Aftermarket Parts Director. During his opening remarks he pointed out that “Utility’s success is based on our ongoing commitment to meeting the needs of their dealers.”
Hal Bennett, president of Utility Trailer, said he shared Moore’s view on the importance of “providing a formal feedback mechanism to corporate and the company’s dealer network to ensure that, organizationally Utility is paying special attention to the evolving requirements of the parts and service areas of the dealership.”
