The Delaware Department of Transportation recently announced toll increases for all vehicles at its I-95 toll plaza, just north of the Maryland-Delaware line.

Effective Oct. 1, 2005, the toll for all two-axle vehicles will be increased to $3, with no discount for E-ZPass users. Currently two-axle vehicles pay a cash rate of $2, or an E-ZPass rate of $1.25.
The rate for five-axle vehicles will be increased from $5 to $8; however all vehicles with three or more axles will receive a discount of 75% during off-peak hours (between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., seven days a week) if they use E-ZPass. This discount is available to all three-plus axle E-ZPass users, regardless of the state where they enrolled in E-ZPass.
