Intermec Offers RFID Seminars

Intermec Technologies Corp., Everett, Wash., announced it will host two educational summits

on Monday, March 1, in Cromwell, Conn., and Tuesday, March 2, in Marlborough, Mass.
The educational programs will address RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) issues suppliers face, including establishing the value of RFID to an organization, understanding specifications behind RFID tags and readers and becoming familiar with applications and standards of supply chain technology.
The half-day programs, will run from 8 a.m. to noon in each location.
RFID is a complement to current bar code-based tracking systems
