The Truckload Carriers Assn. (TCA) is sponsoring another of its audio conference on June 26, entitled, "The Catastrophic Accident -- Are You Ready?"

Hosted by TCA's Truckload Academy, the audio conference will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET.

The audio conference will address managing the parties involved in an accident investigation, including the on-call dispatcher, safety manager, field adjuster, defense attorney and accident reconstructionist. Participants will have an opportunity to hear from, and ask questions of, an experienced trucking defense attorney, a claims/adjuster expert and two of their peers. They will also receive materials and checklists to assist them in building an Emergency Response Plan.
The expert panelists featured at this audio conference are: John Pion, attorney, Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, Pittsburgh, Pa; Keith Dunlap, president, NTA Inc., Omaha, Neb; David Hedgpeth, vice president, Compliance & Safety, FFE Transportation Services Inc., Lancaster, Texas; and Mike Connelly, chief safety officer, D.M.
