The Pacific Northwest Truck Museum in Brooks, Ore., is staging its annual free truck show on Saturday.

The show is on the grounds of the Antique Powerland Museum, just west of Interstate 5 at the Brooks exit, about 8 miles south of Woodburn. The museum expects about 200 antique rigs for the show, ranging from those built in the 1900s to new models.
This is the 10th year the museum has hosted a free day. Each year, it selects a different make to honor. This year it’s Kenworth, such as the museum’s 1973 Hawke Oil Co. tanker that has logged more than 8 million miles.
The museum regularly includes about 70 trucks. It owns some, while others are on loan for display. Kenworth donated a 1993 T2000 prototype. Other modern-day exhibits expected include Kenworth’s Bonneville Salt Flats land speed record truck, as well as the race truck it uses in the annual Pike’s Peak “race to the clouds.”
