TransCore's Commercial Services is selling its Viastar Direct product to EFS Transportation services.
Transcore specializes in a comprehensive suite of commercial fleet management services. TransCore's Commercial Services Group includes DAT Services, Keypoint Software and Link Logistics. Viastar provides cash and fuel management and regulatory compliance services.
EFS Transportation Services is a subsidiary of Concord EFS Inc., a vertically integrated electronic commerce provider.

EFS Transportation Services will provide Viastar Direct's customer base of truckstops and small- to medium-sized carriers access to EFS' full range of secure, cashless payment and fuel management solutions. EFS' wide range of transportation financial services, designed for carriers of all sizes, will give Viastar Direct's customers real-time fuel pricing for more than 5,500 truck stops; the ability to control fuel card and account information over the Internet; and technology tools that enable them to find the lowest priced fuel on any route, create fuel networks and send messages to drivers to fuel.
