National Tank Truck Carriers Inc., a trade association representing approximately 200 bulk transporters nationwide, has named Paul "Lance" Hillman to the position of Chairman of the Board.
Hillman is President and CEO of Fort Edward Express Company. He replaces Robert Schurer, who will assume the position of Chairman of the association's Executive Committee.
