Sterling Truck Corp. has opened its first corporately owned dealership in Canada in London, Ontario.

Sterling of London is a new-from-the-ground-up dealership, located at the intersection of Highway 401 and Wellington Road.
The dealership sits on seven acres. The 38,000-square-foot building devotes 23,000 square feet to service, 8,700 square feet to parts retail and warehousing, and 6,300 square feet of office space. A driver's lounge features a big-screen television with satellite dish, snacks, microwave oven, coffee, shower facilitieis, laundry facilities, work stations with connections for laptop computers, and a separate phone room.
The general manager of the new dealership is Terry J. Bruni, former plant manager of the nearby Sterling Truck Manufacturing Plant in St. Thomas, Ontario.
"This new dealership reflects the confidence we have in Sterling's ability to exceed the expectations of Canada's truck owners and operators, both in terms of our products and our customer support," said Jamed Hebe, president of Sterlking parent company Freightliner LLC.
