Nearly two thirds of commercial trucks pulled over by Alberta police last week in a roadside safety check were in need of repairs.
The Calgary Sun reported that officers from around the province converged on Calgary last week to pull over 321 commercial vehicles, ranging from half-tons to semi-trailers. Of those, 110 passed mechanical, load and driver qualifications.
