Penske Truck Leasing has acquired the truck rental and leasing assets of Kayser Nationalease, based in Madison, WI.
"This purchase allows Penske Truck Leasing to expand its operations in the Wisconsin market and to continue the strong customer relationships established by Kayser Nationalease," said Wayne Angelbeck, vice president of business development for Penske Truck Leasing.
Penske Truck Leasing, headquartered in Reading, PA, is a joint venture of Penske Corporation and GE Capital.
