Penske Truck Leasing has purchased the assets of Marano Truck Leasing, a truck rental and leasing company located in north Philadelphia.
The acquisition adds 255 vehicles to the Penske fleet and expands its capabilities in the Philadelphia marketplace, the company said. Penske will lease the current facility operated by Marano in north Philadelphia.
