Seven companies focused on intermodal trucking, regional truckload and related logistics
services from across the U.S. will merge into RoadLink USA to form a national company with 50 service locations from coast-to-coast.

RoadLink USA will have combined revenues of $160 million and approximately 1,500 trucks and drivers. The seven operating companies are Atlas Intermodal Trucking Services, Galesburg, IL; Eastern America Transport and Warehousing, Philadelphia, PA; F-A-R Transportation Services, Chicago, IL; GPS Transportation, Bethlehem, PA; Hawk Pacific Corporation,
Lafayette, CA; Kellaway Intermodal and Distribution Systems, Randolph, MA; and Whitacre Trucking, Portage, OH.
Each company will continue to run its operations and will have one representative on the company's board. The companies will retain their own brands, but will be identified as RoadLink USA companies.
RoadLink USA is led by John Oren, chairman and CEO, and Ron Sorrow, president and COO. They head up an eight-member corporate management team.
They plan to add more companies to the RoadLink USA network.
