TruckersCo-op.com (www.truckersco-op.com), a business-to-business buying site for fleets, has announced marketing agreements with Qualcomm and Pennzoil-Quaker State.
Through the Qualcomm agreement, TruckersCo-op.com will offer Qualcomm’s OmniTRACS mobile communications systems and TruckMAIL products. OmniTRACS is the satellite-based tracking and messaging system that has become the truckload industry standard. TruckMAIL products are based on a less costly but upgradeable version of OmniTRACS.
TruckersCo-op.com members will also be able to purchase Pennzoil-Quaker State motor oil and lubricants at a discount. The agreement makes TruckersCo-op.com the exclusive medium and heavy truck co-op web buying service distributor of Pennzoil-Quaker State products.
TruckersCo-op.com is backed by Celadon Group, which also operates Celadon Trucking Services, Inc., of Indianapolis, IN, and GE Capital Corp. among others.
