"Building Better Relationships" consists of three 10-minute videos: Drivers & Dispatchers, Drivers & Safety Directors, and Drivers & Customers. Each reenacts a real-life conflict, provides a brief analysis of the situation, then shows how increased understanding could have helped drivers minimize hard feelings or avoid the conflict altogether.
Along with the video, each "Building Better Relationships" program includes an instructor's bulletin with background information, training tips, a ready-to-photocopy review quiz, and suggested discussion topics.
