PTG will handle approximately $15 million in bookings from GNT and anticipates receiving approximately $500,000 in annual fees associated with the day-to-day management of GNT's fleet.
Under the terms of the agreement, PTG will provide 24-hour fleet management services for GNT, including dispatching, satellite tracking and administration for 115 of GNT's tractors and 200 of its trailers. PTG will equip all 115 tractors with Qualcomm tracking units that are owned by PTG.
PTG provides ground transportation and logistics services for the airfreight and trucking industry in the continental United States through its subsidiaries, Timely Transportation Inc. and Truck-Net Inc.
Its customers include Federal Express, US Airways, Airborne Express, UPS, Emery Worldwide, Nippon Air Cargo and Air Express International.
