PNV Inc. and NetCards, Inc. have entered an alliance which will allow drivers to send NetCards e-messages and e-cards from PNV's web site.
PNV president Steven Yevoli said the agreement would "help enhance the livelihood of our customers" and "assist in the communication between drivers and their families, friends or anyone they would like to correspond with."
