Morgan Corp. has opened a new Parts and Service Div. Technical Service and Information Center in Morgantown, PA.
The new center features a call center that will process parts orders placed by telephone, fax or e-mail, answer parts availability questions, provide technical information, answer shipping questions, and give customers tracking information on specific shipments.
The company says the new system, which will serve all U.S. customers, will cut days off the order placement and shipping cycle.
