PNV.net, which provides Park 'N View cable, phone and Internet access at truckstops, Tuesday announced its initial public offering of stock.

The IPO will be 3.75 million common shares, expected to be priced at $15 to $17 per share, according to the Florida-based company.
The company plans to trade on Nasdaq under the symbol PNVN. It will have 15.7 million common shares outstanding after the IPO.
