Flying J plans to build a $5 million travel plaza on Interstate 15 at the south edge of Great Falls, MT.

According to the Associated Press, the 14,000-square-foot truckstop will feature a 130-seat restaurant, a convenience store and 19 fuel pumps. Construction could begin this year.
Company officials say the current Flying J facility in west Great Falls is too small and does not have as easy access to the interstate as the new location, to be built on 130 acres of farm land the company acquired last fall.
Flying J has 118 travel plazas in 34 states and one Canadian province.
