TCA’s Auxiliary has published the Truckers in the Kitchen cookbook, with proceeds benefitting the TCA Scholarship Fund.
The cookbook features 500 recipes submitted by members of the trucking industry. In addition to dishes such as artichoke cheese pie, peach glazed carrots, taco soup and pork chop and apple bake, the cookbook also features helpful hints, cooking terms, measurements and microwave tips.
