A. Several of the Li battery makers recommend AGM setting for their batteries. The Freedom 458 is not designed to charge lithium ion batteries. It may not hurt setting to AGM setting but it probably won’t fully top up either. The best option is to upgrade to a lithium ion compatible inverter/charger such as the Freedom XC or Freedom SW.

A. The FREEDOM XC 2000 inverter/charger is not capable of directly monitoring battery temperature. However, it is possible to configure the FREEDOM XC to start and stop charging your lithium ion batteries.
