SAE Offers Professional Development Training Programs

SAE International will be offering a portfolio of training programs aimed at supporting engineering, technical, and business professionals.

Developed and taught by more than 150 instructors from industry and academia, the programs address key technical drivers, technologies, regulations, and business/management topics across the aerospace, automotive, and commercial vehicle industries.

Offered both in a classroom setting and online, courses can be on topics ranging from vehicle maintenance, engineering and technologies, to safety systems, vehicle performance, manufacturing and fuels.

Each course is available in one of three different learning formats: SAE Seminars (instructor-led courses hosted in various cities), SAE Web Seminars (instructor-led web seminars conducted in a series of live, online sessions), and SAE On-Demand Courses (online courses that may be accessed by participants at their convenience).

All courses and formats are designed to help individuals advance their career development and offer opportunities to earn a variety of continuing education credits, certificates, and credentials. SAE seminars and web seminars are eligible for IACET Continuing Education Units and Professional Development Hours.

Each course offers a complete training package, including resources and job aids for further reference and online learning assessments to gauge progress. Upon successful completion of a course, participants can earn credits and an SAE certificate.
