Kenworth Radios Now Offer Bluetooth Capability

Kenworth now offers Bluetooth capability for factory-installed radios.

Kenworth's AM/FM/CD radio, available with and without satellite radio capability, has a small Bluetooth microphone mounted in the A-pillar trim above the driver.

As many as eight cell phones can be synchronized to the radios, and contacts can be automatically loaded. A contact screen makes calling easy while parked, but drivers can use voice command to make calls on the road. When incoming calls are received, the radio displays the name of the caller and phone number.

If the driver's cell phone has songs stored on it, they can be played through the radio.
