Compli, a provider of on-demand human resource and compliance management software, recently completed partnership agreements with two trucking industry providers.

The integrations with Sterling Infosystems and Instructional Technologies allow fleets to seamlessly manage an extensive menu of recruitment and retention tools, screening services and online safety training programs as part of a single employee management system on the Compli platform.

Sterling Infosystems, a specialist in employment screening and pre-hire technology, provides real-time information related to background checks, driving records, and drug and alcohol testing for new applicants and existing employees.

According to Nick Goodell, general manager Trucking and Transportation, Compli, the partnership with Sterling Infosystems gives fleets a single place to manage important recruitment and retention information about applicants, their regulated drivers, their mechanics and all of their employees. In addition, Compli customers can order drug screenings and background checks from Compli. Screening results are then electronically received and automatically integrated into an employee's electronic personnel file and are time stamped.

Instructional Technologies' Pro-Tread online driver safety training products provide a library of interactive, computer-based driver safety training programs, with roughly 70,000 drivers and warehouse workers participating every month. The entire library of Pro-Tread on-line driver safety trainings are now integrated on Compli's platform. This allows all Compli fleet customers to assign driver safety lessons to employees automatically and on an as-needed basis depending on user-defined criteria or due to actionable events, including CSA inspection violations, identified within Compli.
