Affiliated Computer Services, a Xerox company, has introduced a new in-cab scanning solution with the help of PeopleNet.
The new in-cab scanning and automated indexing solution helps PeopleNet users to expedite customer billing.

According to ACS, the new solution can eliminate costs and time associated with out-of-route miles, unreliability of other submission methods and manual data entry errors.

"In-cab scanning gives drivers the added convenience of completing their paperwork without ever having to leave their truck," said Kelley Walkup, division vice president and general manager for ACS. "Giving drivers another way to quickly and easily submit their paperwork improves the bottom line for any carrier."
