The new lamp is rated at 40,000 hours of service and is equipped with an adjustable mounting bracket capable of 180 degrees of vertical rotation.

"The first thing you notice about this lamp is its compact size and brightness," said Scott Robertson, product manager of LED WhiteLight for Grote Industries. "It's the same size and shape of a standard PAR 36 bulb mounted on an adjustable bracket, but it's packed with advanced electronics that drive high-output LEDs to their optimal limit."

The new lamp features Grote's TractorPlus beam pattern that delivers almost three times more usable light than traditional PAR 36 product offerings, the company claims.

"Grote's new TractorPlus beam pattern really underscores the difference between Grote's emphasis on usable light output versus total light output," Robertson said. "In the case of the TractorPlus lens, it takes nearly 1,350 raw lumens to produce the optimized TractorPlus beam pattern."

The new lamp comes with either a wide flood or TractorPlus beam pattern. Both beam patterns are engineered to provide optimal lighting characteristics for specific applications and each lens type changes the number of focused lumens accordingly.

The lamp is manufactured with rugged UV, hard-coated, polycarbonate lens that can be replaced if damaged. It also comes with an AMP-style connector and pigtail for hardwired applications.
