Fifth wheel manufacturer Fontaine International has upgraded its web site to make it easier for customers to get the fifth wheel information they need quickly and efficiently.

"Our new site has been reorganized to be faster, easier and more intuitive," explains Toby Harris, Fontaine Parts Connection vice president of sales and marketing. For example, clicking on a top plate name brings up a page with all the information a customer may want on that product, including specifications and features/benefits. The page also has links to mounting options, schematics, instruction handbooks, coupling/uncoupling procedures, recommended maintenance, the parts catalog and a rebuild guide.

The web site provides multiple resources for specifying, using, maintaining, troubleshooting and rebuilding fifth wheels. There is a library of videos available to watch online or to download. PDF versions of product literature, sales materials, driver FAQs, troubleshooting flow charts, warranty information and technical bulletins are available. An interactive "Choosing the Right Fifth Wheel" application walks users through the process step-by-step. Many of the materials are also available in Spanish. Fontaine's Fifth Wheel Training Center has been incorporated into the new site, as well.

The web site also features information about Fontaine International itself. Contact information is provided for Fontaine sales representatives, corporate headquarters and sales offices in Canada and Mexico, as well as the distribution network.
