James Langley has been promoted to president of the Dart Holding Company, Highway Sales and Logistics companies, according to a press release from Dart Network Chairman Donald Oren.
Langley has over 26 years of transportation experience at companies such as J.B. Hunt, U.S. Xpress, and TMW and has been with Dart for more than two years.
In early 2017, Langley was appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer for Dart Transit. He will report to Oren, who stated that he will remain active as CEO of the various companies.
Oren went on to say that Langley has established himself as a leader at the company and has proved his integrity with insight and the ability to attain improved results.
"Dart is a great organization, built on strong values. I'm very thankful to Mr. and Mrs. Oren, and the rest of the Oren family for this opportunity,” sad Langley. “We have a great team here, and I'm excited to be a part of it. Together we can make Dart the best home for employees, technicians, drivers and owner operators, and make Dart the best solutions provider for customers of all sizes."
