Salt Lake City is home to the newest Peterbilt dealership in the company’s 270-plus dealer network with the relocation of Jackson Group Peterbilt’s store to a 128,000 square-foot facility.
The new, full-service dealership includes 2,500 square-feet of retail display space and 70 service bays – six of which are certified for the maintenance and repair of natural gas vehicles.
Jackson Group Peterbilt operates nine Peterbilt dealerships in Colorado, Idaho, Nevada and Utah. A tenth is expected to open soon in Salina, Utah.
The company was founded in 1977 by Eric C. Jackson with the purchase of a small dealership in Salt Lake City. The company is now run by his son, Blake Jackson, Dealer Principal of Jackson Group Peterbilt.
