Diamond International of Springfield, a local International Truck dealership, has opened its new location at 2635 E. Diamond Street in Springfield, Mo. A formal grand opening featuring Nascar driver Jamie McMurray will be held on July 9.

“In order to support substantial market growth, we have built a new state-of-the-art facility that will deliver a higher standard of value to customers in the Springfield market,” said Dick Sweebe, President and CEO of Diamond Companies. “Diamond International of Springfield has been a top performing location for many years – thanks to our loyal customers, we had more than outgrown our former location.”

Among the new dealership's features:

  • 15 drive-thru service bays
  • A fully enclosed CNG/LNG bay to work on natural gas vehicles
  • A full length drive through wash bay
  • Dedicated Accelerated Service bays
  • DPF cleaning machine
  • More than 20,000 square feet of parts storage
  • A comfortable drivers’ lounge with flat screen TV, wireless internet access, and free Wi-Fi.

Diamond International believes in protecting the environment and will build in several environment-friendly features such as a heating system utilizing recycled waste oil, energy saving lighting systems, and the latest in energy efficient insulation and window products.

The location is open seven days a week.
