The 2013 Fleet Safety Conference, scheduled for June 25-27 at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel, in Schaumburg, Ill., will feature an education track focused on heavy-duty vehicles coordinated by Heavy Duty Trucking magazine.

Topics include a look at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA) carrier monitoring and enforcement program, how this program affects risk management, driver health and safety, medium-duty truck safety, and making driver scorecards work.

In addition, general conference keynote sessions will cover topics such as distracted driving, legal pitfalls to avoid when doing MVR checks, benchmarking/best practices, and using predictive analytics to identify at-risk drivers.

The Fleet Safety Conference is put on by Bobit Business Media, publisher of HDT and other fleet publications such as Automotive Fleet and Work Truck magazine.
