Sleepsafe Drivers, a national provider of sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment programs for the transportation industry, has added SleepWorks to its Sleep Provider Network, effective immediately.

This expansion to the Sleepsafe Drivers Network brings the number of treatment and testing facilities to more than 140 locations across the United States.

SleepWorks is a part of the MedBridge Healthcare, a group of companies focused on managing patients with sleep disordered breathing problems to improved functional levels. SleepWorks operates a network of more 70 sleep centers in the Southeast, Colorado and Ohio. All facilities are established in accordance with the standards set forth by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

The SleepSafe Drivers program is offered as a complete solution that allows drivers to be diagnosed and treated for sleep apnea in a confidential, convenient and cost-effective manner.

SSDs protocols have already been implemented at several successful programs, including employees of the Philadelphia Police Department, Union Pacific Rail and J.B. Hunt.
