Advantage PressurePro and Alliance Wireless Technologies, which offers mobile rear vision camera systems and wireless communications products, announced a new partnership agreement to bring PressurePro's stand-alone TPMS units to the waste and commercial markets.
The new partnership was prompted by the growth of interest and need for tire pressure monitoring options in the waste and heavy-duty markets, according to the companies. It is in these fields where tires are experiencing the most abuse and strain, leading to short average tire lives and leaving operations vulnerable to expenses and inefficiencies due to the under inflation of tires.
AWTI provides wireless voice, video, data, safety and control systems solutions. Advantage PressurePro is the developer and marketer of the PressurePro line of Tire Pressure Monitoring solutions.
The companies have worked together since 2009 as integration partners on AWTI's Vivid units - an offering included in the 3rd Eye MobileVision line.
