TSC Group LLC, which markets and distributes to retailers and travel centers, announced its plan to rebrand the combined company to TSC Global.

The change will include all company segments, including the recently acquired Barjan and ETW. The visual identity, including logo, business cards and other materials have been created and will soon be seen in the market. The transition will include all collateral material and is expected to be fully completed by the first quarter of 2012.

The new mark and identity was developed by the TSC Global branding and marketing teams.

"We wanted to have a mark that spoke to our strengths as a combined company," said John Wiesehan Jr., CEO and chairman of TSC Global. "Since the acquisition in the fall of last year, we have researched the strength of our brands with our employees, customers and end users. The TSC Global brand leverages the most favorable of our company brands while honoring the strengths of the acquired companies." The new logo will include elements, such as color, that represent the three companies coming together as one.

In conjunction with the company rebrand, Wiesehan has assigned his president title to Jay Galletly. Galletly was previously the executive vice president for TSC Group. As company president, he will oversee all functions of the business at TSC Global's main distribution facility in Rock Island, Ill.
