Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week organizers report strong response from a record number of suppliers, with over 60 percent of the Product Expo exhibit spaces reserved by over 110 HDAW exhibiting suppliers
during the first weeks of registration for the 2011 conference. Several new suppliers have committed, bringing sales in the HDAW '11 Product Expo to 28 percent greater than the same period in 2010.

In addition, conference organizers have officially opened distributor online registration for Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week. To register, distributors should go to www.hdaw.org. Distributors can defer payment until January 3, 2011, if requested on the registration form.

Surveyed suppliers intend to use the HDAW Product Expo to introduce their latest products and programs and to promote new services. HDAW'11 provides heavy duty suppliers the opportunity to display their product lines to the top heavy duty aftermarket distributors in the US.

"It's quite encouraging to see the increases from last year into this upcoming conference since it reflects two-part confidence -- on the part of the supplier and on the part of the distributor and his respective customers," said Terry Livingston, HDAW'11 co-chairman. "The heavy-duty aftermarket is a growing, dynamic member of transportation, and all of us are thrilled by its overall return to economic normalcy and ultimate growth in servicing-supplying better and faster to the commercial vehicle operators."

HDAW '11 will be held at the Mirage, Las Vegas, Nev., Monday, Jan. 17 through Thursday, Jan. 20, 2011.

HDAW is presented by a joint operating committee composed of industry leaders from American Council of Frame and Alignment Specialists, Association of Diesel Specialists, Automotive Electric Association, Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network, HDA Truck Pride, Heavy Duty Distribution Association, Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association, APRA's Heavy Duty Remanufacturing Group, International Truck Parts Association, Overseas Automotive Council, Power Heavy Duty, Service Specialists Association, Truck Frame and Axle Repair Association and Vipar Heavy Duty.
