AmeriQuest Transportation Services, which provices fleet management services, has acquired the assets of CURE Leasing & Maintenance, allowing it to provide financing solutions and maintenance services to independent contractors and contract carriers affiliated with delivery and logistics companies.


AmeriQuest Leasing & Maintenance Inc., a new subsidiary created for the acquisition, will operate as Cure Leasing & Maintenance. The company will be headquartered in Norcross, Ga. Greg Jordan will operate as the company's CEO; Ed Wilkinson will be president and chief operating officer.

"The Cure team has built an exciting and powerful offering that complements AmeriQuest's mission to provide value to a company's transportation operation," notes Jim Guice, Executive Vice President of AmeriQuest Transportation Services. "This acquisition is a natural fit to offer a compelling service to companies using independent contractors as drivers."
