Fleet Products, a distributor of heavy-duty replacement parts in west central Florida, has joined the Vipar Heavy Duty network of distributors.
Fleet Products launched with one location in Tampa, Fla., in 1985, and has added locations in Clearwater and Lakeland since then.
"Fleets Products is recognized as a leading full-line heavy duty distributor in the west central Florida region providing us with an immediate boost to our presence in that market," said Steve Crowley, president and CEO, Vipar Heavy Duty.
Led by Anthony Zummo, president, Fleet Products has 94 employees that includes a team of eight outside sales professionals. The company operates 45 delivery vehicles out of their three locations that supports its traditional fleet business. The company also serves the municipal market with contracts at both the local and state level. In addition, Fleet Products has a machine shop at each of their three locations that turns flywheels and drums, fits king pins and makes hydraulic hoses.
