The company will be adding drivers to support the new division, who can expect a starting pay of 35 cents per mile, with an increase to 36 cents per mile after one year. In addition, drivers will receive competitive home time, per diem pay, detention pay, quarterly fuel bonus, referral bonus, and complete medical benefits.

Maverick will be hiring over 100 new drivers throughout Arkansas, Southern Missouri, areas in Tennessee west of Nashville, and areas in Kentucky west of Louisville.

"We have opportunities for drivers in several different divisions including flatbed, specialized, dedicated, and now refrigerated which has the most immediate need for professional truck drivers," said Brad Vaughn, director of recruiting.
