Navistar Corp. has chosen TruckMovers.com as its primary vehicle transportation provider for its International brand vehicles at North American truck assembly plants.
Starting Jan. 11, TruckMovers.com will provide vehicle transportation as well as centralized third party logistics (3PL) managing one or more carriers across one or more modes of delivery for the U.S. and Canada. TruckMovers also will provide yard management and decking services at International's U.S. terminals.
"TruckMovers brings to International an improved track and trace system, as well as reduced delivery times, greater flexibility and improved quality," said Tom Duvall, president and CEO of TruckMovers.
In additional to managing 3PL throughout North America, TruckMovers also will manage International's terminals in Springfield, Ohio, Garland, Texas, and Laredo,Texas.
