Pressure Systems International has honored Rosemary Baca as the first recipient of the Carl Tapp Award
. Baca, who serves as a cell leader in the control box line, was recognized for her dedication to the PSI mission, which involves a commitment to customers, integrity, accountability and results. She joined PSI in 2006.

"Rosemary sets an example for all at PSI," said Tim Musgrave, president of PSI. "We couldn't succeed without people like her and we are pleased to recognize her with the very first Carl Tapp Award."

The award was named for Carl Tapp, vice president of maintenance at P.A.M Transport.

"We are guided every day by the four cornerstones on which this company was founded: Attitude is Everything, Never Give Up, Dare to Soar, and Whatever it Takes," said Musgrave. "There are many people in our industry who embody these ideals, but Carl stands out to all that know him as we do as someone who epitomizes the true meaning of those cornerstones. In spite of the significant physical challenges he faces everyday, Carl is an active participant and positive force in the trucking industry."

PSI employees, associates, and industry friends carry coins representing one or more of the four cornerstones. Tapp always carries the Attitude is Everything coin with him.

"I consider Tim and the rest of the folks at PSI true friends and that coin has gotten me through some tough times - it's very important to me," Tapp said. "PSI should be commended for how they treat their employees and it's an honor for me that they have placed my name on this employee recognition award."
