IntelliShift has launched a fleet maintenance management tool which eliminates the need for manual data entry and proactively tracks inventory of key parts and equipment

IntelliShift Fleet Maintenance consolidates data collected from digital inspections, advanced telematics, and engine diagnostics and communicates to internal and external service partners. With the maintenance module, fleet managers can unify maintenance planning for mixed fleets, optimize service schedules, and provide flexibility for in-house or external vendors, IntelliShift officials said.

To reduce the rising costs of parts and labor, and to extend the lifetime of fleets, better data is needed to predict, prevent, and inform maintenance, company officials said in a press release.

Building upon IntelliShift’s existing vehicle service offering, the next generation offering provides new functionality including work order management, purchase order workflows, parts inventory tracking and labor codes for more efficient processes and comprehensive visibility into maintenance costs.

IntelliShift Fleet Maintenance also offers:

  • Dashboards and KPIs to allow fleet managers to visualize their complete maintenance program at a glance.
  • Expanded capabilities to support mixed fleets, allowing fleet managers to view vehicles and any type of equipment in the same dashboard view.
  • The ability to see the status, health, and planned or unplanned maintenance of both their vehicles and equipment in one place.
  • Parts inventory tracking and ordering.
