The second installment of a new webinar series on driver retention from the editors of Heavy Duty Trucking will explore the practices that keep drivers in your fleet, and that attract new drivers to your company.
Hats, barbecues, and plaques only go so far in convincing drivers they’re truly appreciated. In this webinar, you’ll hear best practices from two fleet executives working at companies with driver retention rates higher than the national average.
Hear why you should look at corporate culture, communication, potential career paths, and more to convince drivers to make a long-term career at your company.
The webinar will feature a Q&A portion allowing registrants to ask questions of the panelists. Two fleet panelists will share their challenges and success stories on the panel, moderated by HDT Managing Editor Vesna Brajkovic.
