Driver Score Card Webcast

TCA's Truckload Academy is offering the webcast, "Increase Productivity, Retention, and Profitability with a Driver Score Card," from noon to 1:30 eastern time on Nov. 6

Don Jerrell, vice president of transportation services for HNI Risk Services, will help open the lines of effective communication by using a three-step driver evaluation process known as the Driver Score Card.

Topics will include how to develop:

• An objective scoring system for driver performance
• A formal process to ensure continuous improvement
• Recognition and reward systems

The presentation will be followed by a Q&A.
