The American Council of Frame and Alignment Specialist (ACOFAS) is holding a Technician Training Clinic focusing on truck chassis vibration diagnoses in Bridgeton, Mo., Oct. 21-22.


The classes will be taught by engineers provided by:
• ArvinMeritor on driveline and differential vibration.
• Michelin on tire vibration and causes of tire wear.
• ACOFAS trainers on frame flex, hop and methods of locating areas of vibration. •Hunter Engineering on the EVA or Electronic Vibration Analyzer.

Due to the amount of hands-on and demonstration instruction the class is limited to 25 attendees.

The cost of this class is $150 for ACOFAS members; $200 for members of the Service Specialists Association, Heavy Duty Distribution Association, Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network and National Truck & Heavy Equipment Claims Council; $300 for all others.
