Automotive Importing Manufacturing (AIM) has agreed to sell Motorcar Parts of America its operation that produces and sells new and remanufactured alternators and starters.
Terms were not disclosed. The transaction, subject to various conditions and approvals, is expected to close by May 16, 2008.
