Eaton has made improvements to its line of Flex Reman transmissions including adding new parts and implementing a new delivery policy.

The company is expanding the lineup by 12 new part numbers, each with forward shift bar housings that are designed to complement the existing standard shift bar housing transmission offerings. Eaton is also adding the RTO 16908LL 10-speed model which is used in a variety of on- and off-highway vocational applications.

The additional Flex Reman models are expanding the availability of popular aftermarket transmissions and are offered for all makes and models of trucks in North America.

In addition to new transmission offerings, the Flex program now includes a new delivery policy that can provide same-day shipments. All Flex Reman orders received by 2 p.m. local time are shipped that day from one of Eaton’s 16 logistics centers in the U.S.

Because Flex Reman transmissions cover a range of torques and are shipped with no clutch housings, dealers are able to lower parts inventories while increasing availability of multiple remanufactured transmission models.  Flex Reman transmissions are available for a variety Eaton transmission including the FR 10-speed and TRLO 13- and 18-speed models.

All Flex Reman transmissions are made with Eaton components and carry a two-year, unlimited miles base warranty. Extended protection plans are also available.
