Peterbilt launched the Rapid Check service program to provide diagnostics and an estimate of repairs in two hours or less.

The program is available throughout the more than 300 locations in the Peterbilt dealer network.

Within two hours, Rapid Check provides basic vehicle diagnostics, with more complex diagnostics if necessary. The information is evaluated and repairs are provided along with an estimated time needed to complete the work.

The service is being offered to maximize customer uptime, says Darrin Silver, Peterbilt’s general manager and Paccar vice president. The service is available for any truck make or model, not just Peterbilt.

“Rapid Check will provide them with an expedited, best in class service assessment and estimate help them get back on the road quickly and cost effectively,” said Silver.
